Distinguishing features: Perhaps Pam's most distinguishing feature would be her lips which are often painted in the color called “Damned,” by NARS.
[INNER THOUGHTS]
Overview: At heart, Pam is wholly an educator. She is a complex, pensieve individual who will analyze things fifty-times before acting. First and foremost, Ravenscroft will follow the whims of logic in the interests of furthering herself, and her charges in their goals. Like many, Ravenscroft is creative; though unique in the fact that her creativity and surreal perception is very tangible, and reality based. Instead of taking complex, higher thoughts and attempting to adapt them into something she can perceive, Ravenscroft tends to remain confident in her own practicality. Pam is quite organized in all that she does, and will rarely be caught doing something other than pulling the strings. Ravenscroft is the ideal chess-player, even without her vampiric gift, as she is a highly intelligent individual who is perceptive enough to set things into perfect alignment. With just a smidgeon of luck, Pam can have any situation thrown completely into her favor. Generally, Pam is the most dominating party, and she is aware of that fact.
Pam is an extremely productive, and innovative individual. This can be attributed both to her own high intellect, and her vampiric gift which has allowed her to understand her mind better than most. Because of her ability to think on a higher-level than most, while remaining comfortable within a practicality of her own, Pam has a very level-head for business. Like education, business is something that appears to come to Ravenscroft with ease. Another contributing factor to Pam's stability in affairs to further her own goals, and education, is the fact that she can easily separate her business life from her pleasure. The struggles that she's been constantly put through has forced her to develop of a type of 'shield' around her emotional heart that allows her to literally shut off emotions such as love and compassion. Like a diamond, Pam can become a near impenetrable fortress when she wishes to do so.
Pam is not a lifeless figure of frigidness. When feeling positively disillusioned, Pam Ravenscroft becomes absolutely snarky. Where there appears to be no heart, sarcasm and overall snideness seem to immediately take it's place. Even in serious situations, a chilling Ravenscroft can offer a cruel joke. Even while standing by a grave, regarding the dead, Pam can drag the said party's name through the mud with heartless jokes, and fail to falter in her snideness even once. If one manages to get on Ravenscroft's bad side, they can expect some cruel manipulations, and even more hateful jokes to come there way. This can be called a defense mechanism created mainly due to the life she's been subject to.
In romantic situations, Ravenscroft can be extremely loving. It is difficult to find Ravenscroft in romantic involvements that are not wholly sexual, as she fears allowing herself to be fooled and manipulated. Also, men might mistake her affections for flirtatious infatuation, when generally, it is her need for a strong, male presence that draws her to the opposite sex. Something that makes Pam especially difficult to become romantically involved with is her belief that most, if not all me are carbon-copies of one another. Ravenscroft believes that men are out solely for their own gratification, and that this singular fact makes all men completely predictable.
Pam's chilling persona only increases twenty fold in situations where Ravenscroft feels cross. Harsh, cutting words can escape her lips followed by angry actions. In the field, her cold-hearted calculating manner is shown in it's most beautifully exhibited forms. Generally she takes the stance of oppurtunist, biding her time and waiting for the apex of her subjects weakness to show itself to her. Ravenscroft can easily grow upset at her charges, who's failures she perceives as her own. She only wishes for those she educates to be strong, and confident in themselves.

[HISTORY]
Born in 1871 in London, Pam led a very privileged life as the daughter of a wealthy businessma and a well-mannered, and beautiful mother. Not much is known about his history prior vampirism, however, her mother did breed and instill into Pamela, lessons on how to be a proper lady of society, which often bored Pam out of her mind. The majority of her life in her twenties had been spent breaking engagements as well as the hearts of fool young men who had proposed to her. In 1905, Pam met the most important man of her life, Eric Northman who offered her a deal of immortality and agelessness.
As a young vampire, Pam had a very sexual relationship with Eric. Before long, their fire and passion had dissipated, and as such, a different sort of bond developed between the two of them. Rather than having a heated or sexual relatiosnship, the two had become an inseparable duo, often looking to each other for admonition and or advice. Having been at Eric's side the majority of her vampirc life, Pam has learned several things from him including, but not limited to: a full understanding and capability of speaking Swedish, how to handle certain vampiric matters, and an entire wealth of information that has served her better than well over her decades of living.
Whenever decided to take the position of Sheriff under Sophie-Anne's control, P amela Ravenscroft became Eric's second in command, often functioning at his side during ever possibly meeting in Louisiana. After the Great Revelation Eric and Pam, with the assistance of fellow vampire, Longshadow, established a vampire bar known as Fangtasia

Roleplaying sample: “Very good, Amelia. You're excused for the moment. I will call upon you once you are needed once more,” Professor Frost said, standing from her seat and nodding at the woman. It was important that Amelia was close enough at hand that she could be called upon in the event of an emergency, particularly because Dr. McCoy had been excused from his medical duties for the day in order for Amelia to familiarize herself with the setting of her workplace without the doctor. It had been Emma's understanding that Amelia was a talented enough medical practitioner that she could have been a doctor herself had she pursued the proper certifications. That she did not was of no concern to Emma at the moment, who had brought Amelia in on the medical staff with the hope that she would be able to stand in for Dr. McCoy on a fairly regular basis, as he had other responsibilities which needed to be seen to often. That McCoy was thoroughly pleased at the idea of having a medical assistant was an added bonus that Frost had honestly predicted would earn her the good favor of her blue-furred friend.
Another reason Emma had chosen Amelia to aid her in this operation rather than Dr. McCoy was that the older woman was new to the staff, and while she was a surly shrew most of the time, when it came to her work Amelia was most tractable. Given time, Emma imagined that this would change, but so long as Amelia was new, she was putty in the hands of the White Queen. Dr. McCoy would likely have questioned Emma's methods far too much, and in the past year he had come to expect more lenient methods from Frost as their friendship continued to grow and blossom. Oftentimes, Emma pretended to have developed a far gentler side in front of him than she ever really had, if only because she enjoyed his company and did not wish to gain his ire. That she was deceiving him in this way and going behind his back to perform this operation was of little consequence, either. As far as Amelia knew, this was a standard examination and nothing more. Emma did not explain to Amelia that she and Karma would be invading the mind of their comatose adversary, or that Emma had instructed her to give the woman such a high dose of whatever sedative Amelia had chosen to use because the very machinery that Emma used to mimic her telepathic sedation technique interfered with telepathy. Emma also did not mention that she had used this same technology to trap Charles Xavier once, when she was considerably less ethical in her practices.
The fact that Amelia had not gathered that something of the telepathic nature was taking place was interesting to Emma. Had Emma been in Amelia's shoes, she would have immediately realized that, given the company of Emma Frost and Xi'an Coy Manh, telepathy had to be involved in the equation of their action. Had Emma been alone, that might have been one thing. Emma spent almost as much time in the medical facility as Dr. McCoy himself – partially because she had assimilated a great deal of medical information from some of the greatest doctors the world had ever known thanks to Cerebra, and partially because she had a secret, morbid addiction to medicine and surgery which extended even to her telepathic abilities. She had been so precise, so deliberate in her application of her abilities that she had even invented the use of 'telepathic surgery', wherein she could focus her powers to such a degree that her brain was able to take direct control over the chemical and physical form of other brains. Emma could potentially create mental retardation or possibly undo it in some subjects, she could enact chemical processes in the brain, and she could even induce cytotoxicity in an individual who needed to undergo euthanasia. She planned to teach the Stepford Sisters this technique some day, but not while she was in perfectly good health and not consistently in the good graces of her girls.
Frost pulled her eye-shield from her forehead and placed it over her blue eyes, and she made her way into the medical bay, expected Professor Manh to be close behind. The woman tapped a key on the wall that led into the examination room where Kwannon was located, and she entered, allowing the white light to pass over her body so as to remove any contaminates upon herself. When that was quite done with, the telepath entered the room fully, and made her way to the sink where she then proceeded to vigorously wash her manicured hands. The telepath removed two medical gloves from the dispenser and stretched them over her hands, only somewhat worried that her finger nails might cut through the material. Emma Frost did not intend to be involved with too much blood this morning, but as it was a possibility, she did secretly fear infection. She only hoped that, if that was the case, a rapid shift into her diamond form would eliminate the possibility of taking in any pathogens.
After Emma affixed her gloves, she removed a face mask from another dispenser and placed it over her nose and mouth, just in case there was something inside of Kwannon that could be breathed in. She hoped that Professor Manh had the intelligence to follow suit, though she had enough faith in the woman that she did not feel any need to instruct her to do so. While she left Manh to her own devices for the moment, Emma strode toward the gurney and looked down upon the again sleeping body of Kwannon with a mix of interest in contempt. She wondered just what exactly she was dealing with. She also thought, with gladness, that it was a lovely thing that it was she and Xi'an who were examining Kwannon's body and not other X-men. Neither of them had any particular attachment to the subject and could operate on her without any real worry. Emma was morally flexible enough that she saw nothing wrong with what was taking place here, and Karma was pragmatic enough that she likely understood the necessity where others would not.
Telepathically, Emma instructed Cerebrex to begin receiving a feed of psychic energy from her mind, which the machine would then translate into audiovisual data. Emma would store that data in a secret file where she kept most psychic information that would require later review by herself. She also instructed Cerebrex to instruct the sub-basement to bring the temperature down by twenty degrees. It would be chilly to Karma and her, but the low temperature would prolong Kwannon's sedation, which was important because even though Kwannon was restrained, there was really no telling what more that woman was capable of. Emma also stopped to admire the restraints. Every room in the sub-level was integrated to some degree or the other with the same hard-light technology that ran in the Danger Room. While not every room could produce the same extensive virtual reality environments that the Danger Room could, most of them could provide simple constructs, such as the bindings that held Kwannon presently.
With all of that accomplished, Professor Frost turned her attention to Karma, who would have to initiate the actual procedure before Emma could do much of anything.
”Are you prepared?” Emma asked.
